We motivate members to overcome life challenges through programmes aimed at boosting their self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence. Life skills training in independent living, communication skills, emotion management and enrichment programmes such as choir, art and crafts, computer skills are organised.

Social Programme
Outings, camps and excursions are arranged to counter social isolation, foster friendship and community inclusion. Such activities also help to improve social skills, self-esteem and confidence of our members.

Sports Programme
Sports is such a universal and beneficial activity that no one should be denied the opportunity to participate. As recreation, it offers pleasure and the promise of achievement. For play or competition, sports provide an excellence practice in social interaction, especially for the young and it also promotes a healthy lifestyle and improves well-being. MDAS organises regular Boccia and Power Soccer training sessions to encourage a sporting lifestyle among our members despite their limitations.
