To provide assistance and information on community services and resources for people with Muscular Dystrophy; books, magazines and newsletters concerning Muscular Dystrophy.
Public Education
Events, talks and workshops are conducted to raise public awareness and understanding of Muscular Dystrophy as well as through the publications of our M-Power newsletter.
Counselling/Peer Counselling
Counselling is provided to help members and their families cope with emotional problems, such as anger, grief, uncertainties and depression. |
