Rationale for Logo
The vibrant colours of orange and blue in the MDAS logo cheerfully evoke the euphoric sense of hope in the members when their able-bodied counterparts in the community embrace them as equals and celebrate their exceptionality. The warm shade of orange also reflects the MDAS’ fiery passion and unyielding commitment towards empowering its members and promoting their integration with mainstream society.
The ‘M’, ingeniously styled like a heart, captures the spirit of caring and sharing between the able-bodied and people with Muscular Dystrophy. It is this camaraderie that will go a long way in helping members of the MDAS to achieve self-actualisation and lead fulfilling lives.
Last but not least, the logo symbolises our belief in the immense potential of people with Muscular Dystrophy. True to its spirit, MDAS takes pride in the services and programmes it provides for the members.
